Born and raised in Hawaii, Harlan Mattos has the unique fortune to grow and learn in a multi-culture environment. Leading has always been a part of his life. From youth leadership with scouting programs, in many different roles from Scoutmaster to District Trainer, to leadership roles in the corporate world, Harlan has been able to not just lead teams but help those teams grow.

Harlan has a strong understanding of Information Technology with over 25 years of experience in field working for a variety of industries such as healthcare, utilities, and education.
