Hello, I'm Steve, and I believe that it's not about me, rather it is about YOU and YOUR ORGANIZATION. Rather than attempt to impress you with a list of awards, accomplishments, and credentials, I focus on what I can help YOU to accomplish. I draw on a lifetime of trial and error, learning from failure, and from observing and experiencing what works and what doesn't work in the real world.
I have a strong faith in God, a strong work ethic, and have been gifted with the ability to listen, to hear what is and isn't being said, to ask powerful questions, and to help individuals and organizations to grow into their fullest potential. My field has been primarily that of the service industry, leading teams of the blue collar workforce. I also have experience working with those in faith based organizations.
