I participated in the DISC personality profile workshop facilitated by Merlyn Clarke of MAC Leadership Solutions, LLC, and I must say that it was very interesting and informational. learned the four personality styles Dominant, Influence, Stable and Compliant. I discovered my personality style, my communication style and the communication style of others and how to use that knowledge to build more effective relationships.
