What are people looking for today in a speaker? We all want that special punch to our creative faculties where we can hear the aha moment that moves us forever.   I come from a place to help people have massive change that brings results in every area of their lives. Frankly I create Leaders.  I help people transform themselves in a every area of their life. Emotionally spiritually, economically and materially as well as mentally and physically. Why because i have done it. I always ask folks do you want to change something. Everyone will say yes. The question then becomes why and how.  I have over 37 years of sobriety, where  i was a 150-pound weakling drug addict to today where i am in a place of peace, a family man with 10 kids and 11 grandkids, a thriving business as a speaker, trainer and coach and an author. I know how to transform. But more importantly i know how to lead others to transform themselves. My process called the Laws of Transformation helps folks get from that place of massive pain to peace and allow them to reach their max potential. I have been a salesperson and worked with salespeople for over 40 years and what i know is not only are the tactics obviously important but it's the mental strategy that ensures massive success. Many of our students have gone on to lead others and to become business owners and have incredible families. I have learned how to take a tool like the 12 steps of recovery and use it as a business life lesson that allows folks to stop sabotaging their life and life to full God given potential. We are built to win. Each of this is a unique creation. God did not create junk; it is our job as leaders to help our people with the metamorphosis.

I have been in the business and personal development world for over 40 years. I started in sales at 19 and have continued in sales for many decades. For the last twenty-five years plus i have taught salespeople to have excellence and build big money careers. For the last 10 years i have worked with managers to be better leaders as well as salespeople to understand leadership from a sales and next career move perspective. I have worked with some of the biggest and smallest automotive dealers' groups in the country as well as Ford Motor Company, Scion, The University of Toyota, and Cadillac. I have also taught leadership to leaders from Chick fila and various businesses throughout the country.  I have a full digital sales training and leadership platform that supports my online or live training.

I have also spoken at recovery meetings throughout the country about personal development and leadership. For the last 37 plus years i have been a leader in recovery and personal transformation being clean and sober. I am certified life and business coach with the John Maxwell team where i have been an Executive Director for the last 10 years. I am certified in The DISC behavioral assessment as well as an emotional intelligence qualified expert. I am a mental health coach as taught by Light University. I also am a contest winner with Toastmasters as well as a member of the National speaker's association. I also have spoken on the stage in front of 3000 people at the International Maxwell Certification multiple times. 

I have monitored and led multiple training topics such as Developing the Leader within you, the 15 laws of growth and Everyone communicates, and few connect. among others all by John Maxwell. I have spoken to businesspeople on numerous stages live and virtually and am accomplished at both.

My book which will be out the first of the year, called Keep the Change, focuses on that topic of transformation to excellence and purpose referred to above. It is a book for leaders wanting to be great coaches as well as those struggling with the hurts, habits and hang-ups of life. Sounds like all of us. We will have a course by the same name and my podcast also called Keep the Change is on Apple and Spotify and is all about my passion of sharing victories with others to help change the world, rather we are a janitor or an engineer or a car salesman or a nuclear physicist.  Our time is NOW.   We are built to WIN.
