Jodi Orgill Brown lives and leads with power, inspiration, and authenticity. She specialized in the nonprofit industry for 20 years, as a CFRE-certified executive. During that time, she raised and managed millions of dollars, and more importantly, built solid relationships, and established links between critical organizational needs and donor interests. She honed in on the power of communication and interpersonal interactions, and lives what she believes. Jodi is known for the power of her words and her ability to draw people in, and empower them to become ANTIFRAGILE in their lives and businesses.

While living her white picket-fence life, raising a young family and directing a human services charity, when a brain tumor nearly took her out of the game for good. With a new, intimate understanding of both the receiving and giving sides of life, Jodi helps individuals leads through their interactions, and increase their capability to survive, thrive, and overcome. Through her award-winning books, keynote speeches, and coaching, Jodi builds organizations by strengthening leaders at every level.
