Concetta Lewis, the founder of Courageous Leadership, helps leaders master leadership principles implemented by the most successful leaders in history. As a John Maxwell Certified Executive Leadership Coach, Teacher, Trainer, and Speaker, Concetta facilitates sessions based on the "COURAGEOUS Leadership" Framework current or emerging leaders.
Through a series of "COURAGEOUS Lessons in Leadership" participants recognize that everyone is a leader; however, how far your personal influence will extend depends on your leadership capacity, not a title or position. Program participants learn to recognize and develop confidence in their strengths to achieve personal, career, and financial goals.
Concetta has over 25 years of successful leadership experience and currently serves as an Assistant Superintendent with Ann Arbor Public Schools in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and previously served as Assistant Superintendent of Special Populations, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion with Rochester Community Schools in Oakland County, Michigan. She is the President-Elect of the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) and a Past President of the Michigan Association of Administrators of Special Education, a Past President of the Michigan Council of Exceptional Children (MCEC), and has been awarded state and national recognition for outstanding leadership and advocacy.
