Camille is the president and chief executive officer of Austin Communications, LLC, a leadership development and business management consulting firm that serves professionals, not-for-profit organizations, and businesses through coaching and training to consistently improve team results and positively impact their leaders' level of effectiveness. She is also the managing partner of Austin Trott International Consulting, LTD. expanding her services internationally.

As a certified executive coach and facilitator at The John Maxwell Company, and additional certification courses with International Coaching Federation. She is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in executive administration, PR/communications, human resources, operations, aviation, and private advisor.

Prior to launching her businesses, Camille was a successful associate of AMB Group, LLC, (known as AMB Sports and Entertainment), the parent company and the investment and support services of The Blank Family of Businesses. She served as a senior manager for The Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation, PGA TOUR Superstore, Atlanta Falcons Football Club, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Atlanta, FC, and Mountain Sky Guest Ranch. Camille managed projects with leaders, professional sports, business, and philanthropic organizations.

 

Camille serves as a strategist with Phoenix Global Consulting and appointed as Bermuda delegate to the Global Chamber of Business Leaders.
