Dr. Lashley is an expert team culture strategist who has dedicated her life to helping leaders who are struggling with making time for family achieve a harmonious life while leveraging technology and media so they can live the lifestyle of their dreams. She has educated leaders and organizations for over 20 years in many fields and countries, which includes the Department of Defense (primarily the United States Army) and Amazon, Inc. She is the President and Chief Elevation Officer (CEO) of THE Leaders Innovative Growth Solutions LLC, where her primary focus is leadership, personal growth, and development, which infuses resources of John Maxwell Team acquired from being an Executive Director. She is introducing the world to innovative and creative ways to education through entertainment (EDUtainment) with her TV Channel Inspire on the Exposure TV Network.
Dr. Lashley is the founder and CEO of Boss'd UP LeadHERz, Inc., a nonprofit organization, where mission is to eliminate stereotypes amongst women and girls in the workplace, schools, and communities while providing a sanctuary to produce intentional growth, success, and significance. The 501(c)(3) organization also generates essential resources to elevate women and girls to an entrepreneurial mindset and executive leadership. She is also an international business radio show host for 3 shows and is also an International Best-Selling Author where she educates entrepreneurs and leaders in 170 countries. Dr. Lashley uses her voice to write, which she has contributed to 7 best-selling anthologies and currently working on an anthology series to give women a platform to share their story.
Dr. Lashley is a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership. She also holds a Master of Business Administration in Technology Management, a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management, and is currently working on a Master of Science in Performance Improvement. She is a certified behavior (DISC) and Emotional Intelligence (EIQ) consultant and trainer. Dr. Lashley founded HEARTfelt Intelligence, Inc. to educate families, organizations, and communities on the importance of building relationships by infusing emotional intelligence when connecting. The organization partnered with Lead Like Jesus and Take Flight, Inc. She is also a certified John Maxwell Team trainer, coach, and speaker. Dr. Lashley is also a certified youth leadership facilitator and parent and family coach. One of her latest accomplishments was partnering with the #1 International Speaker, Les Brown.
