She earned her Senior Parachutist Badge, graduated from Jumpmaster School, and received a Direct Commission into the Army's Medical Service Corps, becoming a medevac helicopter pilot - flying Hueys and Blackhawks in service of others. Her leadership experience spans military service, entrepreneurship, and education, and her life story is a testament to grit, grace, and growth.
Annie has launched successful small businesses, served as a Mary Kay Sales Director, homeschooled two daughters across continents as a military spouse, and now stands on stages across the country - and internationally - as a sought-after voice on leadership, transition, and resilience.
She brings unmatched depth to every audience - corporate, nonprofit, government, or educational. Annie is an Executive Program Leader & Facilitator and President’s Advisory Council member of the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt who knows how to move people from insight to action.
