Starting his professional journey as a licensed electrician, then earning his paralegal certification after a career-halting injury, Troy took a leap of faith that led him into the nonprofit sector. He served for two decades as a senior development professional, specializing in major gifts, planned giving, and donor engagement, including leading philanthropic strategies at ChristianaCare, one of the nation’s most respected health systems.
