The fun-filled, energetic Pamela Jo Wilson was born into very humble beginnings in the land of wood and water, Jamaica. She migrated as a teen to the Cayman Islands where she attended college and earned her A.S. and B.S. degrees and worked as lead female vocalist in a band before finally making the United States of America her home.
Pamela Jo stumbled into and fell in love with teaching adult ESOL to English language learners in 2008 and she has been working in that field for over a decade using her creativity, innovation, and inspiring personality to provide instruction and program support.
After several speaking engagements and sensing a strong call to speak, Pamela joined the John Maxwell Team to hone her speaking and coaching skills and then formed Theo & Charles Learning. She has since become a DISC certified trainer and consultant among other certifications and hosts the annual John Maxwell Co. leadership event - Live2Lead.
In 2018, ACE of Florida awarded Pamela Jo the "Instructional Support Staff of the Year" in recognition of her contribution to the field of adult education for her local agency and on state committees.
Pamela Jo Wilson loves God, her two boys, people, technology, and anything that facilitates growth for all. As such, she has passionately served as keynote speaker, presenter, and trainer at local, state, and national events and conferences.
Her favorite quote: All labor that uplifts humanity has dignity and importance and should be undertaken with painstaking excellence. - Martin Luther King, Jr.
