Carl, let me provide feedback on how I benefited from your training. First, I am impressed by how you carry yourself. Just your appearance alone represents Leadership. You choose topics based on feedback you get from others and knowing what the organization needs. To me that is a testament of knowing the organization you work for and the People you serve. Your training helped me become a better Manager. In your training there's always an open dialogue where you allow and encourage everyone to share their experiences and concerns. Your presentations are always well planned. I can see that you use real situations and make them teachable moments and the Management team appreciates it as a whole. As part of the small but dynamic team that participated in the Change Your World Transformational Table Discussion with Carl Green, I have many take- aways and vantage points to access or review this experience. First of all, I must say that the benefits of this experience come to you in incremental stages, recognizing that you are beginning to delve into areas of self-examination (in the company of others), which are sometimes uncomfortable, but necessary for growth. I believe that those uncomfortable stages were made easier to invest in because of Carl Green setting the stage to allow participants to feel that the space of sharing was indeed a safe-space. Carl also made it easier because as a moderator and host, he made himself an active participant in this space of sharing. Secondly, the topics ranging from HOPE to FORGIVENESS were purposeful and revealing. There were times that I felt we had actually broken some ice and roadblocks that men often stray away from. I also appreciated the fact that the meetings were weekly, given that many of us are professionals with families and extremely busy schedules. I can truly say that this experience was transformative in the way it allowed me to take a closer look at self. Listening to other adults, sensing disclosure, self-examination, and taking risks to reveal who we truly are, or at least making steps to greater discovery of self was growth for me. I found the weekly meeting of the mastermind class very fulfilling with a lot of relatable information. It made me more self aware and instilled in me tools that I can use to better my days and quality of life. It is a class where everyone has to be interactive in order to receive the most benefits. Mr. Green did an outstanding job of making the participants feel connected and comfortable in the group. He was very knowledgeable of the content and always responded with positive comments which made his participants more comfortable in giving a response without fear of feeling they had given a wrong answer. Mr. green related each scenario to each participants personal situation. I feel this particular group consisted of seniors over the age of 55 that are not as motivated on reaching higher career potentials as younger millennials who would benefit greatly from this class. Mr. Greens high energy level and positive outlook would be a great match for individuals that are looking to progress in their careers or need tools to make it through their current situations. I would definitely recommend Mr. Green as a presenter for future classes as he engages well with his participants and encourages participation in a non threatening manner. Job well done! Carl Green provided customer service training to my team and colleagues this year. What we noticed first was his professional attire and inviting personality. We have a diverse set of employees and he was able to provide information to which everyone was able to relate. The ease of which he conveyed his training was a testament to his knowledge of the subject matter. He kept the audience engaged and his interactive teaching style resonated throughout the entire presentation. He often repeated pertinent information so that we were able to recall instantly when questioned which led to better retention. Months after training, my team is still able to apply his teachings to some of our difficult encounters.
