I first want to express my sincere gratitude to you for such a fantastic job on our MOAB Training on Tuesday. I have 16yrs of AP-LP Experience and I have not been in such wonderful awesome training in my whole entire career. You made it so easy to understand and comprehend the training and the guide that was being taught to me. If I had been new I would have learned so much in that 2hrs and I would have felt I could apprehend or protect and serve Nordstrom Associates, guest and assets better after that training.
