I have always been an entrepreneur, even when I worked for someone else. I own and operate small businesses under the blanket company, Aslan Enterprizes. Whether working for someone else or myself, I have always been involved in some aspect of coaching, teaching, speaking, or training.
I received training as a lay minister/counselor, and I am a Stephens Minister. I have been mentoring, counseling, and coaching for several years. During my involvement with MLMs, I heard and met John Maxwell. I fell in love with his material. Easy to read, but so profound. I began to take the principles that John taught and apply them to my life. What a change! I am a product of his product!
When the opportunity to become a Founding Member of The John Maxwell Team presented itself, I jumped at it. Not only have I been trained, mentored, and coached by John Maxwell and his team, the process continues on. I am always learning and growing. The process never stops! Now I want to take what John has taught me and share it with you.
