Where Resilience Meets Results

In 2016, I suffered a massive stroke that changed my life in an instant. Most people would have accepted the limitations, but I wasn’t most people. I had to relearn how to read, write, eat, talk, and walk. It was one of the hardest seasons of my life, but it sparked an unshakable commitment to personal growth, leadership development, and helping others overcome adversity.

In the years that followed, I faced even more challenges—including a second traumatic injury and the sudden loss of my adult son. Through it all, I’ve become a living testimony to this truth: without a strong internal foundation—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually—it’s nearly impossible to stand strong against life’s unexpected storms.

That belief is at the core of Leadership ER: Elite Results born from Resilience.

With a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Human Services Counseling, both focused on Life Coaching, I’m also a certified Maxwell Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Trainer. I combine real-life experience, leadership principles, and proven strategies to help people and teams transform how they think, lead, and live.

I believe safety and leadership go hand in hand—because when leaders are equipped, employees are empowered, and that creates safer, stronger workplaces. From the boardroom to the shop floor, culture starts at the top.

I work with individuals and organizations to:
