Dr. Kenisha L. Williams has served in public education for the last 21 years as a teacher, Elementary Administrator, and Elementary School principal. She was recently asked to work at the district level to support Leadership, Equity & Access. Dr. Kenisha received her first Bachelor's degree in Speech Communications in 1999 from Louisiana State University, a Master's Degree in Education from Chapman University, and her second Bachelor's Degree from Speak the Word School Of Ministry in 2007, where she was the Valedictorian of her class. She then received her Doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University in 2014 and went back to Minnesota Graduate School of Theology, where she was accelerated through the Master's Program and received her 2nd Doctorate Degree in Ministry in August 2020 with a 4.0 GPA.
Dr. Kenisha joined the John Maxwell Team in 2018 and is now an Executive Director. She is a member of the Presidential Advisory Council and serves on the Presidential Advisory Council's Mastermind Committee. Dr. Kenisha most recently facilitated "The Mastermind & The Leadership Game" Experience during the 2020 & 2021 Virtual International Maxwell Certification, attended by people from over 160 countries.
Dr. Kenisha is the CEO and Owner of TransFormNation Training & Development, LLC, known as TFN. As the owner of TFN, Dr. Kenisha is a speaker, coach, trainer, teacher & writer. She enjoys working alongside leaders and helping them and their organizations grow. She firmly believes that anyone who leaves her presence will leave electrified and stirred to change.
