Nicolle D. Surratte
When it comes to health and wellness, it truly is a matter of life and death. With strategies to reduce stress, increase self-care and embrace lifestyle changes, you'll be NspireD...to make a change!
Nicolle D. Surratte, the Chief Inspiration Officer of NspireD, LLC, is an inspirational speaker, author and breast cancer "thriver." As a health coach with a holistic approach to health and well-being, she helps women reduce stress, increase self-care and embrace lifestyle changes. A chronic health condition diagnosis of any type should not be the wake up call that forces women to pay more attention to their health practices.
A graduate of Western Maryland College, Nicolle has a BS in Psychology, Elementary Education and Voice; and a MS in Deaf Education. Nicolle spent more than twenty-five years in the field of education as an administrator and classroom teacher in public and private schools (Sign Language, music and math instructor for children/adults).
Nicolle customizes presentations based on the event theme or organizational challenge. Using her understanding of learning styles, Nicolle designs and delivers interactive presentations for adult learners. Her strategies are easy to remember and implement.
