Inspire and entertain your team with stories by a luxury-travel expert. Her lessons of "failing spectacularly" will leave everyone laughing and relating to what it takes to start over again.

After many years of working in the luxury-hospitality industry, Kate was considering a career change, when the plane she was traveling in malfunctioned. As her life flashed through her mind, she vowed that if the plane landed safely, she would commit to her life's plan and pursue her dreams without fear. Thankfully, the plane did land(!) and so the next day, she quit her job to start her own business. Since then, Kate has worked independently, developing and presenting seminars for groups around the world. As part of her work, Kate has written a book and articles about how to deliver the level of service required for the world's most discerning clients. She travels 275 days a year around the globe, observing trends and working with employees from a cross section of cultures and backgrounds, from entry-level positions to top executives.

Through humor and inspirational stories, Kate encourages others by illustrating how each event in life, positive or negative, can be used as an experience to build on. Participants leave each session feeling energized, focused, and inspired. Her workshops help teams build stronger company cultures and creates opportunities for individuals to self-assess their own role within an organization. Kate is available for workshops, speeches, and consultations. Her presentations are each customized based on the specific needs of the audience.
