Lisa Marie David

Lisa is a Ziglar Legacy Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach. Her passion and mission are to bring the Ziglar life-changing, principle-based training programs to organizations looking to produce long-term, voluntary change in the attitudes and behavior of the team members.

Zig Ziglar was known as the “father of motivation” and influenced millions of people around the world during his lifetime. Lisa carries on the Ziglar legacy by using her certification to help companies and individuals in the areas of personal growth and development, building winning relationships, understanding the art of communication, and leadership skills for success.

She brings the Ziglar philosophy to organizations wanting to empower their teams to go to the next level of performance and teaching people at every level to build winning connections, lead with confidence and courage, and take ownership and accountability for their roles and responsibility.

Lisa also has a certification from Cathcart Institute in Relationship Intelligence® and is an expert trainer on The Art of Communication. She works with Jim Cathcart, CSP, CPAE, the Founder and CEO of Cathcart Institute. Jim is a world-renowned entrepreneur, author, and speaker, with over 40 years in the professional speaking industry. Jim is one of the most award-winning motivational speakers in the world.

Lisa completed her certification as a Virtual E-Speaker Host and Presenter, passing a rigorous 8-hour live class and assessment on skills, equipment, environment, and presenting remotely using tools like Zoom and WebEx. She hosts a number of online events engaging, inspiring, and empowering individuals and teams to go to the next level of performance for greater success.

Lisa started her training career in 1993 with the Dale Carnegie organization and continued training sales groups all throughout her career in corporate America.

She holds a degree in Marketing from the University of Memphis.

When Lisa is not helping others learn and grow, she enjoys boating, biking, yoga, reading, and her beloved therapy dog Bailey. Lisa and Bailey visit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital twice a week as part of the Doggy Daze Therapy Program.

Her deep ties to the Memphis community are evident through her Board Membership with the ALSAC Leadership Board and the St. Jude Leadership Society.

Lisa is an accomplished Sales and Marketing Executive with a flair for developing products and programs that result in customer satisfaction and increased profitability. Her strong leadership style combined with excellent communication skills inspires others to meet and exceed goals. She brings over 30 years’ experience in the areas of delivering effective presentations, developing promotional and training materials, and winning customer confidence and loyalty by building and maintaining strong business relationships.

She has a diverse background with a proven track record in sales, marketing, training, and communications.  She has a leadership style that inspires change and leads through personal enthusiasm.  She thrives on exceeding goals and expectations of both her internal and external clients.

Since 1995 she has been running her own business as a Manufacturers’ Distributor for Gifts and Home Décor lines generating over fifteen million dollars in sales. She has an outstanding ability to make a presentation that will persuade and motivate any audience to action.

Lisa will work towards a solution and bring a high level of value and commitment to every endeavor in an organized and professional manner.
