"High Octane Videos, Music Message!"
Kendall Irvin has been a teacher, adolescent psychiatric counselor and drug free power lifting champion. For thirteen years, Kendall worked as a front line counselor with youth in psychiatric hospitals, juvenile delinquent centers and youth shelters. During these years, he experienced many frustrating and dangerous situations. While encountering one incident, Kendall received an accommodation for successfully taking a knife away from an angry resident. In another situation he found himself staring down the barrel of a loaded 22 caliber pistol. During these years he developed and taught courses to youth on self-value and respecting others. Kendall's stories reflect the real life experiences of youth at their most desperate of times. Kendall's stories are also compiled of his own personal life struggles. As a senior in high school, Kendall was 4 feet 11 inches and weighed 97 pounds. Always the last one picked, name calling and discrimination were a few of the conflicts he faced growing up small in stature. At the age of twenty-two, Kendall happened into the sport of power lifting which helped to change his outlook on life. Within two years, he had set three state collegiate records and one new national drug free squat record.
