Fred has come up through the ranks learning how to deal with people and personalities through trial and error...! He attended Texas Western College in El Paso, Texas (Now UTEP). He was a Musician/Recording Artist for 25 Years playing in a myriad of diverse clubs and concerts. He has owned several successful small businesses. For over 22 years he worked for a major corporation in Dallas, Texas. Where he taught and trained hundreds of employees in Six Sigma, Ethics & Safety. He is a Certified Six Sigma Expert and Specializes in Team Building and Team Facilitation. He is a Licensed Health Insurance Agent. Fred Is also a successful Writer/Author of "Success With An Attitude" and Co-Author of "A Better Plan." Fred currently conducts Success and Safety Seminars for numerous cities, corporations and organizations throughout the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex.
