Lisa Hendrickson
Lisa Hendrickson has been immersed in computer software and systems, in particular Microsoft Outlook, for more than three decades. She began her career as an Outlook technician and helpdesk consultant for two of the top tech companies in the world, Honeywell and Harris Corp., and a leading health care institution, the Mayo Clinic.
In 2007, she launched a computer repair company in Minneapolis, growing the business even during the recession of 2008 by training unemployed professionals on how to use LinkedIn to find their next career. Sharing her knowledge as an early adopter of social media for career networking and job searching, Lisa was able to expand her operation to three physical locations by 2010.
In 2013, Lisa felt the winds of change again, closing her stores and shifting to a remote-only model in recognition of the explosive growth of smartphones, iPads, and tablets. For the next eight years, she focused solely on supporting Outlook and Microsoft 365 products—working as an independent Microsoft Expert recovering data, reconfiguring complex Outlook systems, and training thousands of users for both U.S. and international clients.
During the pandemic of 2020, Lisa identified a specific need for her expert-level Outlook and Microsoft 365 skills: training end users and technicians.
Training Information
She offers private one on one or group training. An advantage for companies who hire Lisa is that she's also a technician and can use remote software to configure and assist with technical requests. This is one of the reasons small businesses hire Lisa for full consultation, technical data migration and setup and training.
Since 2010, Lisa has written 11 eBooks, created 100's of videos, published 113 podcasts and 1000's of posts on her blogs to help educate technicians and end users. She's a technical community contributor on many online tech forums and has a newsletter sharing her Outlook and 365 news and tips.
Lisa is a Certified Microsoft Outlook Expert and holds a BS in Criminal Justice & Law Enforcement with a minor in computer software from Winona State University in Winona, MN. She resides in Fort Myers, Florida. In her free time she enjoys swimming, shooting pool and thrift shopping.
She is considered a hired gun by her clients as she has daily appointments available and ready to fix your issues.
