At the start of my career, I thought I'd found my dream job. Things dramatically changed within my first year after experiencing sexual violence and workplace sexual harassment. Coming to terms with my experiences, I knew no one else should ever feel the same fear of going to work every day. 


My mission centers on the idea that everyone deserves to feel safe. And through my original research, I've found that our people crave safety. People stay when they feel safe. People engage when they feel safe.

Today, I help organizations create safer environments where people want to belong. Pulling from a decade of experience in public prevention, I provide a proven framework to build cultures not only free from harm but organizations where people can openly share opinions, trust their peers, and make more creative decisions.


Over my nine-year speaking career, I'm proud to have worked with organizations unified by their desire to create safer cultures that retain the right people.
