Juanita Painson, MBA

Juanita Painson is an Author, Entrepreneur, Executive and Life Coach. Her mission in life is to empower others through education and encourage them to live intentionally with focused expectations.

Juanita has her MBA from Rutgers University and uses her 35+ years of progressive, diversified experience and collaborative expertise with stakeholders to strategically identify visions and requirements with her clients to drive projects to successful completion. She has been a successful business owner since the age of thirteen and, through her hard work and dedication, has developed into an energetic entrepreneur with leadership experience in Entrepreneurship, Business Consulting and Strategy, and anything Real Estate.

Juanita is the lead consultant with the Biznest Catalyst Center in Somerset, New Jersey where she provides entrepreneurs, both fledgling and established in strategic, growth-focused training and technical assistance to foster growth and profitability. She is also the lead consultant with the Small Business Development Center at Rutgers, New Brunswick.

She is the author of "The L.I.F.E. Toolkit," an interactive workbook for individuals and families, assisting them in creating a balanced life to achieve success while leaving a legacy for their children’s children.

Juanita is a recent graduate of The Institute for Ethical Leadership's Victoria Emerging Leaders Program (VELP) and received the prestigious honor as the cohort's female Spirit of VELP award. Her community involvement includes serving as the Immediate Past President of the Franklin Township Chamber of Commerce (2020-2022) and being a Board Member of Visions and Pathways.
