He is Partner-President of AFAN, a consulting firm created in 1991.


He has been a professor at the Universidad Iberoamericana and IPADE.


He has a degree in Industrial Relations from the Universidad Iberoamericana. He has postgraduate studies from the Universities of California at Berkeley and Cornell, CIDE, the Business Institute and the Chicago Booth School of Business.


He has been an art collector for more than thirty years and since 2010 he has been president of X Espacio, a cultural and artistic promotion site.


He has visited 73 countries, finished 13 marathons, father of three children and grandfather of six grandchildren.
