Muhamad Zairulnizam Baharom (or better known as Zairul) is a unique individual who has a wide range of exposure to various cultures and people from the many countries he has lived in. He is a co-founder of an award winning organization, Accordia Training & Development (Malaysia), He holds a Bachelor's Degree from Massey University, New Zealand; majoring in Psychology and Sociology. Zairul is also a Master Clinical Hypnotherapist recognized under the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC) UK. A team dynamics specialist who designs develops game-based learning tools and simulations for all levels. Zairul has co-designed Business simulations such as 'Temple of Doom', 'Eastern Trading Company', 'Grazeville Farm', 'Tagiator', and many more.
Zairul has done speaking and training programs, in Malaysia, Cambodia, Myanmar, and United Stages of America.
Zairul has managed a team of professionals in the area of AIDS and HIV awareness with Malaysian's prominent HIV/AIDS non governmental organisation. He later served with the National Sports Council as a mental trainer to National elite Athletes. His efforts were instrumental in the gold medals achieved in international competitions such as the Sea Games XXI 2001, Commonwealth Games XVII 2002 and the Asia Games XIV 2002. He was also a key mental trainer and a committee member for the 2001 Paralympics.
