Have served as CIO of TVS & Sons, COO of a large Toyota Dealership, CEO of a manufacturing group and as a Director in a Start-Up. His focus areas have been change & transformation, organization & business development, business strategy & plans, operations and customer relations. Overall experience cover all functional areas of management. Sundar believes in professionalism, ethics and values.
Sundar reinvented himself in early 2018 and since then he is practicing as an Executive & Leadership Coach, Team Coach, Mentor, Facilitator and a Professional Speaker. Sundar is an ICF credentialed Associate Certified Coach (ACC) as well as a Certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach (for Leadership Coaching as well as for Team Coaching) and is also certified by Erickson Coaching International. He holds Erickson's "Gold Standard Badge" and has completed "Leadership Success Master Class" with Dr Marshall Goldsmith. He is a Certified Practitioner of "Global Leadership Assessment" and holds a Certificate on "Leadership Skills for Top Management" from ISB. Sundar is also an Achology Certified NLP Practitioner.

He is currently the Director (Conference & Events) with International Coaching Federation (ICF) Chennai Chapter, President of Chennai CxO Club, Member of International Association of Facilitators (IAF), Professional Speakers Association of India (PSAI) and NHRDN. He was earlier a Governing Council Member & Charter Member of TiE Chennai.
