Anson is currently the Founder of Amason Academy He is engaged with training and business consultancy as well as to conduct workshops and seminars nationwide & globally. He is appointed as Chief Business Strategist (Asia Region) by Cryptoadvice, UK to lead the strategic planning of the institution. He used to be a senior lecturer with several local top universities and colleges. Then, he joined a corporate company as a Chief Operating Officer and managed to bring up the company business to the next greater height which he implemented standard operating procedures, restructuring the company, marketing branding strategies. He also managed to win several corporate awards for the companies.
In fact, he has started his training journey as an Assistant Trainer to a Corporate Trainer since the age of 18 years old. Then, he became a Corporate Trainer after granting the HRDF certification by PSMB in 2012. His specialized trainings include People Skill, Sales Mastery, Pesentation Skill, Emotional Intelligence, and Occupational Safety and First Aid related courses. To enhance his training career globally and virtually, he joined as a member of Global Trainer Federation and being certified as virtual presenter by ESpeakers
Anson is graduated with numerous degrees such as Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Mathematics from UKM, Master of Science in Financial Mathematics from UKM, Master in Business Administration from Cardiff Metropolitan University, and Postgraduate Diploma in Higher Teaching & Learning from Taylor's University. He is pursuing Doctorate in Business Administration with University of Wales. His fields of research is sustainable business model of collaborative consumption in sharing economy.
Besides the education degrees mentioned above, Anson obtained Cert VI in Assessing & Learning from Australian Qualification Framework, certified HRDF Trainer, certified NLP Coach & Hypnotherapist by American Board of NLP & Hypnotherapist respectively and certified Emowave Trainer.
Furthermore, Anson is also active in NGOs such as serving as Charter President of Junior Chamber International Bandar Setia Alam, 2019 Area Linguistics Director, 2020 National Business & Economic Commission Chairman and serving as State Honorable Secretary of St. John Ambulans Malaysia - Selangor Darul Ehsan. He has won the National Best Trainer Award presented by Junior Chamber International Malaysia.
