Over the last several years we have hired Jeremias to teach for the St. Lawrence County Board of REALTORS several times. He is always very professional courteous. In the fall of 2018, we hired him to teach at our annual agent day which was a great success. About a month later I surveyed my membership as to what classes they would like for the upcoming year. Technology classes taught by Jeremias were far and away the most popular. In January of 2019 we hired him again and we had a record number of attendants. His content is always relevant, and his teaching style is very interactive. Some of my members favorite classes were Social Media Ethics and AIM for success. My members have said that he teaches not only what you should be doing but how you should be doing it. Some common feedback I have received is that everyone from the very beginner to the expert can learn something from his classes. Jeremias "JMan" Maneiro ran a ZOOM session for our weekly membership meeting with over 200 members in attendance. Exciting, Fun and Entertaining speaker with amazing energy. I highly recommend JMan as a speaker and trainer, you need this guy for your events. He will have everyone on there feet having a great time, while learning skills that will grow their business using video. I was so motivated after the first event I attended where Jman was speaking, I started posting videos right away. Then once the corona-virus pandemic hit and the real estate industry got pretty scary, he was the one who rose to the top of the crowd and started offering virtual training on how to be a virtual agent. I went to that and then attended the 2.0 version as well, implemented what he taught in those virtual trainings and now I am known in my own market for being the virtual expert! I'll definitely be attending more of his trainings in the future.
