Your storytelling was so engaging that you had everyone riveted on you every word. Some of the points you made were elementary, although often overlooked. Your story about the golfer Water Hagen making a $1,000 bet without a dime in his pocket and how that is one way to create motivation. Even a token wager indeed gets my motivational juices moving. I'll never overlook the incorporation of "skin in the game" again.

"I have known Wes Berry since our early teens. Even then, I could tell that he was someone special. He capably led our fraternity and quickly started overseeing his family's business ventures. His life experiences have made Wes a brilliant conversationalist and commenter and even hosts his own weekly radio show. He has held memberships in Rotary International, Optimists International, NAACP, Shriners International, Detroit Athletic Club, and Kirk in the Hills Presbyterian Church, where he's taught Sunday School, ushered, and served on its Board of Trustees.
