Srijata gave 2 workshops at Teradyne. Strategies to SOAR for the Leaders of Teradyne and a follow-on workshop on Developing Resilient Processes at Work. The target audience for it were mentees of our Mentorship Circle Program. We chose Srijata because she was an accomplished and engaging author, speaker, coach and for her expertise in setback leadership. Srijata engaged with us prior to the workshop to understand the target audience and then proposed an agenda tailored to our needs. She was extremely flexible and easy to work with, graciously accommodating our multiple reschedules with a smile. Her workshops were well attended and effective, and Srijata came across as authentic, sharing her own setbacks and how she dealt with it. The workshop was interactive, and Srijata was engaging, inspiring, energetic and provided actionable tools for dealing with setbacks. Through her Setback SOP framework, she transformed our "why me" approach to a "wow it’s me" mindset.

It is not always that you come across someone who shares a story that helps you to overcome a fear. I saw her speech at the HR conference held in Maldives. It was relatable and wonderful, because she spoke in a language that made a presence that only few speakers can. Despite the challenges, the level she has reached as a women and a working mother is amazing. I resonate and live it everyday. The challenges are still there for every working women but hearing that someone has overcome a similar with such strength and grace is a truly remarkable thing to see. I loved her presence on stage. I heard every bit of the speech and realized it is not challenges that determine who you are but the way you respond to it, making you a success. Its been a great opportunity to see it an i can truly say I am touched and influenced in the right way to lead my life from an example like her.
