Javier transitioned into leadership coaching and strength-based facilitation.
Javier has a degree in Sociology and is a certified professional coach by iPEC (Institute for Professional Education in Coaching), an accredited school by the ICF (International Coaching Federation). Javier holds an ACC credential, is an XChange Certified Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator, and holds a Conscious Business Coaching Certification from Fred Kofman.
