As a certified coach, her mission involves helping people to have a greater impact in their world through enhanced communication and leadership skills. As a communications expert, Deborah empowers people to elevate their speaking and leadership skills. She is a Distinguished Toastmaster, (which is Toastmasters International's highest honour for leadership and communication excellence). A recipient of the Beland Honderich award for academic excellence, leadership and community involvement, she periodically publishes her expertise and appears in local media.
Deborah holds an Hons BA in International Relations from the University of Toronto. She has over 15 years of professional experience in the media, marketing communications and in the public service. She believes in the importance of community contribution and giving back to the community. Deborah has volunteered with and has had leadership positions with several non-profit organizations.
