He is the author of several books including "PRIZE Winning Leadership", a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management, a Chartered Engineer and Chair of the Global Leadership Network UK.
Roger's career started as a Project Manager and included roles as a Consultant, Training Manager and Sales Manager before starting his own business consultancy, which gives him great insight and understanding of the challenges faced by business leaders.
Roger lives in Staffordshire with his wife Sue and in his spare time music is his passion, playing the violin and bass guitar.
