Lee Wolfe Blum
Lee Wolfe Blum is an energetic and passionate speaker who loves to help women find hope in healing from perfectionism and addictions. She works as a Mental Health Practitioner in the field of Eating Disorders and Chemical Dependency.
Years ago, in a deep and dark depression, Lee Wolfe Blum valiantly tried to take her own life. With a miracle and years of recovery, walking in and out of the darkness, everything about Lee's perspective changed. Lee realized on her journey that "Everyone wants to be perfect, but no one wants to be around perfect." She uses her personal experiences to help audiences learn to live authentic lives.
Lee is the author of Brave is the New Beautiful: Finding the Courage to be the Real You and Table in the Darkness: A Healing Journey Through an Eating Disorder. She lives in Minnesota with her husband and three teenage boys and what she refers to as "The Frat House".
