ASSISTING CLIENTS WIN COMPLEX NEGOTIATIONS, CLOSE SALES, RESOLVE CONFLICTS, HIRE EXECUTIVES, IMPROVE PERFORMANCE

We enable our clients to successfully negotiate complex deals, close high-end sales, resolve difficult conflicts, make more informed decisions, and hire the "right" personnel.

Throughout my career I have worked extensively with women entrepreneurs, C-suite executives, business owners, attorneys and women professionals. As a man with a good balance between feeling and thinking, the mind and the heart, interest in gender issues were inevitable. When I was an individual, couples and family clinician, I worked with many women. Although every person is different, I found common themes shared by many women. Accepting their talents as "real" and not just lucky or at worse frauds was a common issue to be changed. Power was another important issue. I helped women develop power as a skill to be used when appropriate rather than a negative personality trait to be avoided. Strong and accomplished women often avoided accepting their vulnerabilities. Rather than being signs of weakness that lowered their strength, accepting and changing vulnerabilities and accepting help from others, making them stronger. My work with women continued in my research and my business consulting activities. I regularly consult with women CEOs and senior professionals often working in male-dominated industries. I was the lead investigator on two national studies. One on women lawyers and their business development and organizational challenges and a follow up study comparing female and male lawyers on similar dimensions. Women attorneys often were more persistent, worked harder, received less organizational support, less pay and slower advancement than comparable male attorneys. As a business psychologist using my clinical, organizational and research expertise, I coach senior management, business owners and professionals to successfully negotiate complex deals, close high-end sales, resolve conflicts, make more informed business decisions based on knowing in "real-time" the psychological and emotional makeup of key players. We gather information by interviewing clients and using proprietary databases to gather additional intelligence and conduct predictive analytics to accurately predict how key decision-makers will act, think, and decide. Using our research findings, we develop evidence-based strategies and coach our clients to gain their goals. Our clients' success is based on using the knowledge of the motivations and psychological drivers of all parties and developing strategies that gain cooperation and desired results.
