Greetings from Burn it Blue! I am Shaun Nicklin and I am proud to be at your service! We play classic and contemporary bluegrass, old-time, country, gypsy-jazz, and Celtic music, most often in small ensemble of 2-3 musicians to make booking more affordable.
I operate and book the band to suit your needs. I can give you a quote for a solo performance, duo, trio or a larger band. We offer all the bluegrass instruments by request as well as pedal steel guitar and drums for clients who want a dance party! My musicians are professionals who serve with gratitude. We know how to dress and conduct ourselves on formal occasions and will interact with your guests and event management in a polite and respectful manner. Our fee scale is based on the number of musicians required, travel costs and overall time commitment.
We give several types of performance from background music to a stage show with audience interaction. I work with all my clients personally to ensure your event has the type of setlist experience and ambiance you are going for. We have top of the line sound equipment to suit parties of 500 or more. I also offer DJ service for clients who want to have it all!
