Ronetta is a seasoned employment attorney and senior Ethics and Compliance executive, with over 25 years experience - in both the federal sector, as a Senior Trial Attorney with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the private sector, as Senior Associate General Counsel, and Vice President of US Ethics and Employment Compliance. In addition to her law degree, she also holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology.
