His passion for coaching individuals and teams to maximize their potential has led him to break numerous national and international sales records while working at Caterpillar for over 14 years. Sergio spent 10 years working overseas in Geneva, Switzerland, Rome, Italy and Panama City, Panama.
Sergio holds a Bachelors Degree in International Business and Marketing ('01), an Executive MBA ('15) from Florida International University and an International Consortium degree from the University of Stellenbosch, in Cape Town, South Africa. He is a Student Body President as well as former President of the State Council of Student Body Presidents.
Sergio also served as Executive Director of Development for Florida International University's College of Business as well as Executive Director at The Pacific Institute. He is a Certified Facilitator with The Pacific Institute and a member of the National Speakers Association and founder of EMPOWER YOUR LEADERS, leadership development conference.
