Huai Chen
Mr. Chen is a special contribution expert at the national level and is a doctoral tutor at Renmin University of China. He once served as deputy director of the Market Research Institute of the Development Research Center of the State Council. He is currently the director of the Policy Research Center of the Ministry of Construction and the director of the China Urban and Rural Construction Economic Research Institute. He published more than 10 monographs such as "Industrialization – China's Challenges", and he has published hundreds of papers; the main research areas: industrialization theory, industrial structure theory, regional economic theory, industrialization theory and real estate economic research.
