Speaker, trainer, lecturer, author and researcher with expertise in Positive Psychology, particularly (but not only) its application to education. 


Frederika Roberts is a vibrant, energetic speaker who applies her expertise in Positive Psychology to enhance the wellbeing and performance of staff, leaders and students in schools and universities, and of staff and leadership teams in businesses, not-for-profits and public sector organisations.


Frederika’s experience includes setting up and managing businesses in recruitment, specialist food production & sales, and social media marketing, as well as working as a teacher. Since 2013, Frederika has been active as a speaker, trainer, lecturer and consultant, applying Positive Psychology to education, business and charity settings. She has also kept her classroom experience current by working as an occasional supply teacher, and is undertaking a Professional Doctorate in Education with a research focus on whole school wellbeing.

Her schools work covers many aspects of wellbeing in education, including whole school wellbeing, positive education and character education. She works with children and adolescents, teaching and non-teaching staff, school senior leadership teams and parents. Frederika is a PGCE-qualified teacher with classroom teaching experience, so understands first-hand the challenges that teachers face.


Outside of schools/colleges and universities, Frederika has worked with a wide range of organisations, such as businesses, not-for-profit organisations, broadcasters and the police. 


Frederika’s work is always bespoke. She will work with you and take into account the unique culture and climate of your organisation.
