The show was amazing… He's a bit of history when it comes to rock 'n' roll and music. He has a story that many can relate to.

My advanced college English students described his talk as inspiring both personally and intellectually, and felt he connected with them, their deepest questions about who they are, what they will be, and their place in the universe. Simes seamlessly wove the science and the cosmological connections of music, humanity and the universe, throughout his personal stories, his recounting of professional trials and tribulations, and through his expressions of his belief that only through authenticity can we fully actualize.

His presentation is beautiful and very meaningful… that he played with Mick Jagger, that's interesting, but beyond that, he talked about the cosmos, the meaning of life, students rarely get to listen to someone with such profound understanding. Thank you so much for inspiring in us important connections, thinking, listening, and a new way of seeing. The fact that music creates community became more real.

It's a wonderful presentation… very challenging creative ideas about philosophy and the universe, with his own personal journey and his personal growth, he let us see that music helped him discover things about himself and the universe. It's so refreshing to see somebody want to grapple with the larger questions of what modern physics and modern brain science can teach us about the universe. The universe, rather than being a harsh and ugly place that we have to fight against, is calling for us to align ourselves with something deeper, and music is our expression, but as Frank let us know we're singing the same song. We're all part of the musical score.

The performance was a fun, thought provoking, interactive discussion of the power of music. I was glad my young musical son had the opportunity to attend. We all left very inspired to learn and play more music. The idea that music can help us be better more humane beings is well worth exploring. Frank has a great performance and personal story of his journey in rock and roll. Well Done!

Frank Simes is a very interesting and passionate guide to an inspirational journey that he took his audience on. Even though Frank is a talented genius, he reminds us that everyone has the ability to be creative. I believe the show reminds the audience to live a creative life and thus become more at one with the universe.

Enjoyed the historical element about Frank's family and growing up, what influenced him. The musical examples and elements relative to the scientific information and visuals were interesting and thought provoking. Opening was excellent - great energy, music and visuals. The statement that it's science (towards the end of the show) was perfectly placed. . .a real sticking point. Loved hearing Frank play.

Entertaining, intriguing and inspiring. For me, the show's beauty lies in an underlying message pertinent to everyone, not just those who are blessed with musical talent. Whatever it is that we do, doing it with passion opens a path to rapture. Coolest thing about Frank's performance in The Big Strum Theory? Its potential to bring out the creative "maestro" in all of us who consciously strive to make a positive impact on our world.
