Leadership matters to achieve maximum organizational results. Inspire your team on how to create a strong employee experience and unique culture.

Mary M. Weber is the founder and principal for E2 Leadership Consulting which focuses on organizational health, the importance of strong company culture, and leadership development and coaching. Mary launched E2 Leadership Consulting in June, 2016 on the premise that leadership matters and that it needs to be both effective and ethical in order to achieve maximum results.

Mary has more than 30 years of successful experience as a strategic human resources and business leader working with a broad range of organizations and industries. She is known as a dynamic catalyst for change and a champion of strong organizational culture and effective leadership. Her smart, honest and direct insights can help leaders identify root cause problems and craft solutions in real time. She is an experienced leadership coach who can assist leaders to be more effective in their roles.

Mary is a dynamic speaker who presents often to groups of business leaders on practical and actionable talent management strategies. She has received aclaim for her work with groups of women on the unique challenges they face – particularly in male dominated industries. It's not easy being the sole female leader on a team and Mary shares some of her lessons learned along the way.   Mary has received positive feedback on her keynotes as "thoughtful, meaningful, and inspiring". She works hard to understand the issues facing her audience and to speak directly to them. Her thoughts and lessons are delivered in a very accessible way.

As co-authors of The People Effect: Find, Grow and Retain the Best of the Best (2019, Advantage Publishing), Mary and her Joel Carver, are a compelling speaking team when they make joint appearances to deliver their message of how to leverage the People Effect (your employees are your most valued resource) in the hospitality industry to achieve maximum success.

Prior to starting her business, Mary was the senior human resources officer with four different organizations across a range of industries.  She has successfully combined the universal aspects with effective people leadership with the unique challenges associated with each industry and organization.  Mary has worked in the commercial real estate, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, and financial services industries. Her consulting experience includes significant work in municipal, non-profit, and healthcare organizations.

Mary has her Master's degree in Organization Leadership from St. Catherine University and her Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Minnesota. She serves as an adjunct professor at the college level for various human resources management topics.

Mary and her family are based in Minneapolis, Minnesota and spend part of each year at their home in Puerto Rico.
