Eric Beaudoin is a leadership expert, trainer and public speaker.

With over two decades of professional development, training, speaking, and most importantly, real-life, in-the-trenches public service experience, his view is radically different. Eric appreciates, and shares with listeners, that leadership is a moment-to-moment choice and not about title, tenure or position. Leadership is for everyone, every day.

Eric has been serving as a Manager and a Deputy-Director in the Public Service for several years. He is a Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) adhering to the highest standards of the industry, and continues to work with the best and brightest in the leadership development field. He is a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS) and he is also a certified practitioner with many of the world's best personal and professional development tools and assessments such as: LEGO® Serious Play® Method Facilitator, Discovery Insights, DISC, Level 2 MBTI, MBTI Coaching, EQ-I 2.0, 360 Evaluations Tools, PROSCI Change Management Practitioner, and many more.

With over two decades of experience as a public speaker and trainer, Eric has delivered leadership development programs, designed curriculum, and provided training for thousands of public servants from every federal department in the fields of leadership, management, mental health, change management, resilience and neuroleadership. Applying his leadership experience, personality, humor, and storytelling in a very relatable and thought-provoking way, he is known for making learning interactive, actionable and fun.

Eric is also an avid professional photographer, he is an entrepreneur and owns his professional photography studio where he has been capturing client's emotions for the past 17 years.
