A high-performance, solution-driven strategist, Dwight develops and directs projects designed to seamlessly revive business processes, including cost-saving initiatives, engaging new revenue channels, growth-accelerating tactics, and other productivity improvements designed to yield sustainable business transformations.

Supremely adept in his ability to navigate complex global establishments, Dwight possesses extensive experience in improving business performance in highly competitive arenas. Methodical and deliberate in execution, Dwight incorporates time-tested Lean Six Sigma (LSS) techniques to achieve significant gains in company capabilities. As a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he's proven indispensable in leading teams and employees. He partners with clients by using advanced thought principles aimed at creating a more agile, cost-efficient, and customer-centric organization that's focused on precision and accuracy.

"If you put the customer first and utilize quantifiable best practices in internal operations, you will be enormously profitable; however, it boils down to execution," states Dwight. The soundness of his confident transformation philosophy is borne out of an evidence-based track record of excellence in execution.

Whether he's training executives in the corporate world, coaching senior officials through his specialized workshop series, or delivering a speech to hundreds of organizational leaders at a world conference, Dwight's distinctive voice is sure to resonate in today's ever-changing business environment.

Over the past twenty years, he has masterminded dozens of organizational change initiatives—resulting in the stellar track record that's earned Dwight the reputation of "master executor."

Most recently, Dwight led the global transformation of the $4.5 billion, 147-year-old company, Dun and Bradstreet (D&B). Dwight was contracted by D&B as a leading contributor to introduce operational excellence to the content team as a strategy for developing the widespread corporate adoption of Lean Six Sigma. He was entrusted to tackle persistent and serious organizational challenges that had eluded resolution for multiple years. Dwight aggressively led cross-functional teams to successfully resolve each concern within six weeks.

A charismatic visionary, Dwight was also chosen to represent D&B as a speaker at the Business Transformation & Operational Excellence World Summit & Industry Awards (BTOES18) in Orlando, Florida.

Prior to joining D&B, Dwight was recruited to Barclays, a multinational investment bank and financial services company, to introduce Lean Six Sigma operational excellence into an Agile software development initiative designed to limit corporate risk. Later, as the senior operations risk manager at GE Capital, the financial services unit of multinational conglomerate General Electric, Dwight embraced the "GE way" but implemented the "Dwight Harris Jr. way"—challenging existing paradigms and delivering breakthrough solutions.

Earlier in his impressive career, Dwight served as the North American manager of finance and Texas area controller for Air Products and Chemicals, a world-leading industrial gases company. Dwight began the substantive portion of his professional career working in venture capital for Ryan Kavanaugh, the wildly successful global expert in film finance who ultimately became the executive producer of films such as Limitless and the Fast and Furious movie franchise.

Dwight earned his undergraduate business degree from the prestigious business school at University of California at Berkeley (ranked #1 nationally at the time) and an MBA from Cornell (ranked #8 nationally). He received an academic scholarship from Cornell based on his undergraduate achievements.
