Joel Patterson is the Founder of The Vested Group. He has over 20 years of consulting experience and has held positions in such prestigious firms as Arthur Andersen and Cap Gemini. Joel was also a founder of Lucidity Consulting Group, an Oracle consulting and implementation firm based in Dallas, Texas. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Baylor University.
At The Vested Group, Joel endeavors to build the organization both internally and externally. He works closely with potential clients to understand their business processes and refine or improve their methods, in conjunction with implementing NetSuite. Internally, Joel is known for his hands-on leadership and commitment to company culture.
