Rick has accumulated 25+ years in the hospitality industry (20+ years as a member of MPI) as an association- meeting planner, Director of Sales & Marketing for two major hotel chains and as a professional speaker, business coach, author, moderator, and facilitator.
Having facilitated over 150 MPI Chapter leadership retreats all over the world and having served on the Board of Directors himself for four MPI chapters, (Northern California, Tennessee, South Florida and WestField), and he has received two Chapter Presidents Awards, two Chapter Leader of the Year Awards and an MPI International Award of Excellence and is a Past President of the MPI WestField Chapter.
