Angeles Moreno
Founder of the Creative dots European Advisory Council, Chair at MPI and President MPI Iberian Chapter, Angeles Moreno is an expert in the organization of events and after more than 16 years with her own events agency, a little over a year now, she has left the organization to spend the majority of her time in her new passion, which is the design of strategic events through the use of the Event CanvasTM methodology, unique method in the world of Design Thinking, applied to events.
Her constant restlessness to continue evolving and learning has led her to specialize in Customer Experience and develop her own methodology (tCd Methodology) through her company the Creative dots, on the design and implementation of procedures of excellence in the MICE segment.
She currently works as a consultant & trainer for a great number of companies tied to the most innovative events sector in Spain as well as in different countries around the world.
The vast majority of her conferences revolve around innovation in the events sector, focusing on topics such as Event CanvasTM, ROI applied to events, Customer Experience in events, as main themes.
In recent months she has specialized as a lecturer and trainer of the MPI Women in Leadership program/ workshop. Being this a very actual topic.
