Jody has spent the majority of her career in the world of real estate and has served the industry and its associations gaining experience in management, business growth, and leadership.

During her 30 year career, she has witnessed a substantial amount of industry change and the brilliant or disconcerting mindset shifts necessary to handle that change. This inspired Jody's passion for tracking industry and association trends, leading her to develop strategies that help connect agents in the field to leaders in the boardroom.

The recipient of numerous recognitions and awards over her career, she is most proud of receiving the Massachusetts REALTOR® Educator of the Year, twice. Her clients include the National Association of REALTORS®, TriplePlay, and many state and local associations, as well as the BH&G, Century 21, and GMAC Franchise systems. She stays abreast of the current challenges facing Brokerage Managers as an instructor of the CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) designation
