Rocco Cozza

PA, USRocco Cozza is a husband, father of 3, entrepreneur, lawyer, talent manager, motivational speaker, investor, and coach. He grew up in a small town in western Pennsylvania and currently resides in the suburbs of Pittsburgh. He is on a mission to inspire others to live their best life and unlock what they have inside. Whether speaking to kids or adults, he always leads with kindness and believes in treating others with dignity and respect is the way to effect positive change in the world.
As a speaker, Rocco provides motivating and actionable presentations to corporations, associations, and school. He recently shared his powerful talk "Radical Kindness: Why the Unbillable Hour Matters Most in Business" on a TEDx stage.
Rocco is the founder of the Law Office of Rocco E. Cozza and has practiced law since 2003. During this time, he has advised businesses and business owners on matters related to starting, operating, and exiting their business. He also advises technology start-ups n funding matters and spent 13 years as General Counsel of an international Information Technology Firm
Rocco also represents entertainers, athletes, artists, and musicians in all aspects of their career and acts as their business manager through his affiliated entity, The Cozza Company. In this role, he provides advice and counsel to help his clients find revenue-generating opportunities that are in-line with their personal brand.
Rocco also provides advisory services to numerous businesses he has invested in and co-owns in the real estate, healthcare, food, retail, and technology sectors.
In addition to his professional career, Mr. Cozza serves on the board of directors of Alpha House, a drug rehabilitation center in the Pittsburgh Area, and provides counsel to other local non-profit organizations. He frequently speaks to high school and college students, non-profit, and for-profit organizations on leadership, passion, personal development, and entrepreneurship.
